SHIPPING TIME FRAME

All Zimmi Diamond pieces are made-to-order by hand so please allow up to 6 weeks delivery from receipt of payment.  

 

All custom design orders require up to 10 weeks to delivery and 50% deposit of the full amount on confirmation of the Order, With the full amount to be paid on completion before shipping.

 

All custom design orders are final and not eligible for refund or return.

Orders placed during holiday season, or when there is a high volume of orders, can take longer then the assigned time frame. A sales representative will notify you if the production takes longer then usual.

DELIVERY

All of our jewellery is checked and packaged by hand in Antwerp, Belgium to ensure the highest standard.

​

All orders require a signature on delivery, so please keep this in mind when giving your delivery address.

​​

All items are insured when shipped.

​

All import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
